You are energetically prepared to open your 5th Dimensional Chakras then guided through meditations that may feature healing, accessing guides and intergalactic beings. You will become aware of and strengthen your Merkaba Light Body, connect with your Monad and integrate universal energetic downloads.
Meditations finish with safely closing down your chakras and then grounded into your body and Gaia.
Please bring a candle, a Clear Quartz Crystal point, your favourite oracle or tarot cards. If you don't have any cards bring a random book! You will build a relationship with this crystal as well as energise it with 5th Dimensional energy which will support you on your ascension journey.
