Setting Intentions Using the Four Planes

You may be familiar with setting intentions for goals or manifestation. Setting intentions is a conscious practice that supports your journey towards life goals that align with your values. You might dedicate your intentions to the Universe, your Spirit helpers (Spirit), Ancestors, Unicorns, Goddess/Gods.

The term "intentions" has the same value or meaning as a prayer, a chant, an invocation, or spell.

The New Moon is a favourite  cycle to put out to Spirit for what you want. As well as the beginning of Spring or the Spring Equinox. You can also look to the end of a year to reflect on the past twelve months with an intention of working with the four planes of existence - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Have a page prepared for each plane and think about goals you would like to work towards. Below is a guide to to give you some ideas.

·      Honouring your body and its experiences

The following example indicates some ideas for setting your intentions using the four planes of existence. You will notice there are some which are repeated in other planes. Many of your intentions can and will be used in each plane for example: you may want to support your partner physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

This is a great spiritual practice for a New Year's Eve, solitary practice, between partners and in circles.
