The Foundation Practice

The foundation of any Spiritual Practice is learning to ground your energy, centre yourself by calling your energy home, as well as clearing and protecting your physical and spiritual bodies from low vibration. This Foundation Practice will not only prepare you for all forms of spiritual work but they will also be valuable for every-day life.

Use it before you do any form of Spiritual Practice from meditation, to using a pendulum or other divinatory practice, attending a workshop or energy work …. Utilise it in your everyday life such as on waking and before going to sleep, before interviews, visiting crowded places, seeing your doctor or in the workplace …. Work with it as many times a day as you need to.

Once you are familiar with the Foundation Practice you will be able to refine the process ….. it will become automatic – within 30 seconds ….. a powerful technique that you can work with to self-manage your energy not only day to day, but moment by moment ….. this will be incredibly helpful as you adjust with our changing world ….

The dimensions in which you are living are becoming more, and more clearly defined, as the Higher Earth Matrix takes another step up and solidifies at a fifth dimensional frequency. There are areas that need more work and this will occur over the coming years if not the next century. What is important is that the 3rd Dimensional energy grid has broken down. With Gaia ascending, every sentient being is ascending as well. Many of us have been waiting for a very long time, though over the past few years many more are newly awakened and have joined in with the excitement, while others are along for this journey kicking and screaming. There is no going back. We are ALL on this journey.

As you move further along your ascension journey your Foundation Practice will evolve ….. you won’t need to ground, centre, clear and protect as often …. As you will be maintaining higher energies for longer periods of time …. Ultimately sustaining a consistent 5th Dimensional frequency while in physical form …..

This meditation brings 5th Dimension energy to your foundation practice. As your vibration rises you accept responsibility for your own energetic protection. You are acknowledging that all lesser pathways are closed and you are living your highest pathway only. You understand your innate sovereignty and your role as a co-creator of our 5th Dimensional world.

This meditation works with fifteen 5th Dimension Chakras and will provide the bridge to help you expand your consciousness as you begin to integrate the higher energies for the new planetary matrix and your ascension journey.

I invite you to become aware of the space beneath your feet … your Earth Star Chakra resides underneath your feet and its colour is Silver … focus on breathing energy to this space … and as you breathe, you are energising your Earth Star Chakra ... You may be aware of the energy building, or it may be beginning to radiate a brilliant Silver colour …

Visualise or simply imagine a shaft of Silver light from your Earth Star Chakra going deep into the earth ... each breath you take, the light from your Earth Star Chakra goes deeper and deeper into the earth … to its center … down to the womb of Gaia …

The shaft of Silver light forms roots anchoring you deep within her womb … these roots now spread out to the left and to the right … behind and in front … spreading across the earth to merge with the Golden 5th Dimensional crystalline energy grid surrounding the planet …  grounding you within the 5th Dimensional structure …

While holding this visualization in your mind, affirm to yourself, ‘I am grounded in the 5th Dimension, I am grounded in the 5th Dimension, I am grounded in the 5th Dimension’.

Encasing your body up to your Soul Star Chakra with 5th dimensional energy … Which transmute all lower energies … and protects your physical and spiritual bodies ….

You are grounded within the womb of Gaia and connected to the higher realms through your Stellar Gateway Chakra … the access to your Guides, Ascended Masters and Intergalactic Beings who assist your ascension journey is through this incredible column of light …

Focus once more on the Gold Lotus within your Earth Star Chakra …. And as you breathe, visualise or simply imagine the petals of the Lotus folding up ….. enclosing your body …. From your Earth Star Chakra to your Soul Star Chakra ….  Forming a protective shield …. encased within 5th Dimensional energy ….

Take a deep breath in …. hold it …. and release X 3

And when you are ready …. Open your eyes ….
