Apply up to 1/2 tsp with wet hands to your face and throat by pressing gently into your skin - avoid using a circular motion. Wash off with a water/wet face cloth.

Essential oils chamomile roman (anthemis nobilis), lavender (lavandula angustifolia), rose (rose Damascena.  Preserved with sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.
