Sacred Circle Dance

Sacred Circle Dance raises your vibration in a healing and nurturing way. The dances honour and connect to Gaia (planet Earth) and to your ancestors. Through the energy of the dances, you are also honouring and connecting to your essence – your Soul.

The awareness of a connection with Gaia has been forged since ancient times. Your ancestors were strongly connected to Her, lived along-side Her, revered Her seasons and her blessings that sustained them throughout the year. She is your foundation for a healthy and fruitful life. She grounds you and holds you with an unwavering strength that a mother gives unconditionally when you feel unbalanced in a fast and at times, a not so compassionate world.

Your ancestors equally honoured Grandmother Moon and Her cycles, reminding you to draw your energy inward, towards contemplation, touching base with life, with a deeper sense of awareness, and revealing the mysteries of life - shining Her light on what needs to be released on every level of consciousness.

As the ancestors danced and celebrated both the earth and her seasons or Grandmother Moon and her cycles, this is the energy that lit up their faces and filled their bodies. Movement has its own vibrational frequency - accompanied with music or not.

Sound vibration and its healing frequencies are being awakened all over Gaia and through them there are now so many ways to reclaim your connection to yourself and Source. Music, sound and dance are simple ways that open pathways of connection, healing and re-remembering who you truly are; not only of your immediate past in this lifetime, but of previous lifetimes - including lives you have not experienced on Gaia.

Sacred Circle Dance is just one of those threads of energy that weaves and dances its connection to the collective consciousness for everyone to unite with. Using the Ancestral memory of rhythm and movement, I create dances from the heart that unites you with the dance of life. The dance steps themselves are channelled from Spirit when I hear a particular piece of music. The steps are easy to learn and are an incredibly powerful as a spiritual practice
